(ORAL) Through instant third petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.55 dated 04.07.2017 registered under Sections 452, 506, 323, 308, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that earlier two petitions were withdrawn, because by that time complainant was not examined. Now statement of complainant Kuldeep Kaur has been recorded as PW1. FIR was recorded after 21 days. Petitioner is in custody since 11.8.2017. Other co-accused of the petitioner were granted concession of anticipatory bail. Conclusion of trial may take sufficient long time. Therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in jail any more.
