PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) State Counsel on instructions from ASI Sohan Singh submits that the report under Section 173(2) was prepared and presented before the Court. However, the same was returned for want of sanction from the Bank Authorities, which is awaited. As soon as the sanction is obtained the same shall be presented before the Court.
