After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, to decide the representation (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law, within one month of presentation of a certified copy of the present order.
