The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking directions to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 24 dated 09.02.2023, under Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. 2.

Status report by way of affidavit dated 29.05.2023 of Satish Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Firozpur Jhirka, District Nuh (Mewat) on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed against one person and others have been found innocent.
