Mr. Harnek Singh, Advocate, for the petitioners. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner have impugned notice dated 20.03.2019, Annexure P-6. Operative part whereof reads as under:- "Notice dated 20.03.2019.

Memo No.1275 dated 20.03.2018.

In the Executive Body meeting of HEIS held on 25.02.2019, a resolutions had been passed. Out of which, resolutions no.3 & 4 have been stayed for the time being."

Grievance of the petitioner is that aforesaid notice amounts to withdrawing the benefit of increase in salary earlier granted. However, no reasons have assigned for withdrawing the benefit. Petition is disposed of with a direction that a fresh order which is speaking in nature be passed within one month by the concerned authority.
