"#  $ Report dated 24.03.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Vikramjeet Singh and the accused persons namely Varinder Singh @ Vicky, Rachpal Singh @ Raja as well as injured Charanjit Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise arrived at between the parties is an outcome of voluntariness, free will, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

 Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties are neighbourers and the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony and for their conducive future, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.2 dated 05.01.2013 registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar under Sections 336, 324, 341, 34 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
