Learned proxy counsel, on instructions meted to him by the learned arguing counsel submits, that in case this Court proceeds to make an order directing the investigating officer concerned to not arrest the petitioner, upon his being found hence involved in any non-bailable offence(s), unless prior thereto seven days' notice, is issued upon him, thereupon, this Court may proceed, to in terms (supra), dispose of the petition. 2.

The afore made submission, is not opposed by the learned State counsel.

Therefore, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the investigating officer concerned, to not proceed to arrest the petitioner, in case he is involved in any non-bailable offence(s), unless seven days notice is given to him.
