**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0058 dated 18.5.2021, under Sections 452, 295, 323, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a 52 year old lady and has been falsely involved in the present case due to the political pressure. He further submits that the son of the petitioner has also received a head injury in the occurrence and a cross-case was also registered against the complainant party vide DDR No. 55 dated 18.5.2021. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the case file.

Complainant Jarnail Singh, who is a senior citizen, is none else, but father-in-law of the petitioner. The allegations against the petitioner are GURPREET SINGH 2021.07.14 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh that she along with her son went all the way to the complainant's house;

CRM-M No. 26740 of 2021 -2gave him kicks blow; and also pulled his beard and hair and thus, ganged up on him. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature and her custodial interrogation is required.

No ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
