As per allegations of injured complainant Surinder Singh, petitioner alongwith three other accused fully armed entered the house of the complainant at 11 pm on the night of occurrence on 19.11.2015 and inflicted injuries on his person. Petitioner Ranvir Singh is attributed kirpan injuries on the left side of forehead near left eye and on the right side of the face near eye of the complainant. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
