iii)Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents No. 4 to 7.

The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents. They are stated to be major. Petitioner No.1 in support of her age proof, has placed on record photocopy of her Secondary School Examination Certificate(Annexure P-1) which depicts her date of birth as 10.12.1997. Petitioner No.2 in support of his age proof has also placed on record photocopy of his Matriculation Examination Certificate(Annexure P-2) which shows his date of birth as 12.05.1989. They have already moved one representation before the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar (Annexure P-5) and one to S.H.O., Police Station, Division No.3, Jalandhar for protecting their life and liberty( Annexure P-6).
