Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 06.04.2024 (Annexure P-12) passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana.

Learned senior counsel for both the parties, on instructions from their respective instructing counsel, are ad idem that the matter is fixed before the Family Court concerned on 01st August 2024. The documents, as directed by the Family Court concerned, had been handed over by the respondent to the counsel for the petitioner before the Family Court concerned. 127+225 CR-2687-2024 (O&M) -2respondent, as directed by the Family Court concerned, have not been handed over till date.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner (who is present in person), undertakes to hand over the requisite documents to the counsel for the respondent on or before 29th July 2024.

Both the senior counsel are ad idem that before the Family Court concerned no further adjournment shall be sought and that the impugned order may be set aside and the Family Court concerned would decide the application for interim maintenance in accordance with the law after considering the documents produced by both the parties. 5.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 06.04.2024 is set aside and the Family Court concerned shall decide the application for interim maintenance afresh in accordance with the law after considering the documents to be produced by both the parties. 6.

It is made clear that in case the documents, as directed by the Family Court concerned and as undertaken by the petitioner today, are not handed over to the respondent on or before 29.07.2024, the present petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.

Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
