The present petition has been filed under Section under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.167 dated 18.08.2024 under Sections 143(2), 61(2) and 62 of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar on the basis of compromise deed dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file afresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
