Mr.CL Pawar,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.24 dated 13.3.2015 under Sections 21/22/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985, PS Sadar Banga,Distt.SBS Nagar. The petitioner was apprehended on 13.3.2015 being in possession of 50 grams of heroin and 200 grams of intoxicating powder.

It appears that recovery of heroin being non-commercial quantity and the report of Chemical Examiner regarding intoxicating powder being awaited the petitioner was granted interim bail on 30.6.2015 by Judge,Special Court,SBS Nagar.

It is given out that report of Chemical Examiner dated 5.10.2015 has been received,however, concededly the petitioner is still at large.

CRM-M 42982/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to argue on merits of the case, which this Court, is not inclined to hear at this stage since it appears that petitioner is misusing the interim bail. At this stage,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
