Prayer made in the application for withdrawal of present appeal. Earlier similar application for withdrawal of appeal was filed by applicant-Gram Panchayat, Rataur and same was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 27.11.2013, as no resolution of Gram Panchayat was filed. Copy of resolution of Gram Panchayat was filed along with application bearing C.M. No.11936-C of 2012 for withdrawal of present appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection for withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the submissions in the application, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
