# Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.192 dated 26.08.2010 registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala under Sections 307, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act.

Vide order dated 17.12.2014 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Satpal from Police Station Patran, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and recovery of a revolver has already been effected from him and that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.12.2014 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
