**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 101 dated 25.5.2010, registered under Sections 376, 120-B IPC, Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.

The co-ordinate Bench had granted interim bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 21.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
