The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking her transfer from the present place of posting i.e. Sub Centre Bal Tatiyana, CHC Guhla, District Kaithal to P.P.C. General Hospital, Rohtak against a vacant post. It is stated that husband of the petitioner is in Police Department and posted at Jhajjar and her mother-in-law is suffering from Cancer and no one is there to look after them as both her children are settled outside. Detailing the family constraints, the petitioner moved a representation dated 08.07.2020 seeking her transfer to a vacant post in General Hospital, Rohtak, but the same has not been adverted to by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the genuine prayer of the petitioner as has been made in representation dated 08.07.2020(Annexure P-4).

In view of restricted prayer of the petitioner, no further pleadings are required.
