Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing notice dated 27.02.2024, Annexure P-7, issued by respondent No.2, vide which, proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (for short "the Act") has been initiated. 2.

Faced with the fact that the petitioner has challenged the notice, Annexure P-7, issued by the Collector under the Act, without submitting his response, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to respond to the notice and take all the available remedy before the authorities.
