&' %" It is submitted on behalf of the learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bahadur Singh, Police Station Sadar Fatehabad that proceedings arising out of FIR No.225 dated 18.05.2012 under Sections 363, 366A IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad culminating into trial have since been finally adjudicated whereby accused have been acquitted by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad through judgment dated 04.08.2014 and in view of which the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
