This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 14.01.2025 passed in CRM-M-60827-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Mr. Sameer Verma, ADCP-1, Ludhiana, has pointed out that pursuant to the order dated 14.01.2025 a speaking order was passed on 11.02.2025 and hence the order dated 14.01.2025 was duly complied with.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
