(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving his right to move an application under 319 Cr.P.C. in case some incriminating evidence surfaces against SI/SHO Harchand Singh, Constable Sandeep Singh No.275, Constable Sharanjit Singh No.1813, Harpreet Singh @ Dhot and Bikramjit Singh No.1743 during the course of recording prosecution evidence.
