Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of protection of life and liberty of the petitioners. As per representation (Annexure P4), no appropriate representation was made to the police authorities seeking protection after performing the marriage by the petitioners. As such, present petition is not maintainable at this stage. However, petitioners shall be at liberty to make appropriate representation before the police authorities. If need be, petitioners shall be at liberty to move a separate petition for protection of their lives and liberty.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
