Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this revision petition challenging the order dated 20.10.2010 passed by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby the petitioner who was claiming himself to be juvenile was declared major.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that petitioner Nizakat Ali has since been acquitted by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal, vide judgment dated 02.01.2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 85 of 2014 and therefore, the petition has become rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
