RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry in case FIR No.47 dated 18.07.2018 registered under Sections 302, 427, 34 IPC at Police Station Vairoke, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Lekh Raj, submits that out of three accused named by the petitioner in the aforesaid FIR, two, namely, Dialo Bai and Gurmej Singh have been found innocent, whereas final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has already been filed against Joginder Singh and case has been committed to the Court of Sessions.
In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
