JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: Mr. Mayank Yadav, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Chetan Sharma, DAG, Haryana --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.229 dated 20.8.2023, under Sections 379-A, 386, 392, 506, 34 IPC, and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 120-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Nangal Chaudhary, District Mahendergarh. 2.

This Court vide order dated 2.5.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 2.5.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 2.5.2024 is made absolute. 6.
