(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to fairly investigate in FIR No.82 dated 26.07.2021 registered under Sections 406, 417, 420, 426, 427, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Panjokhra, District Ambala and to submit a final report within fixed period.
