RAJAN GUPTA, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.73 dated 04.11.2014 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at P.S Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned state counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial Court.
