ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing the FIR No.753 dated 25.09.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra on the basis of the compromise.

The present petition was filed in the year 2016 and notice of motion was issued on 08.12.2016, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the complainant for the last two dates of hearing. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in case the complainant still acknowledges the compromise effected between the parties.
