RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking appropriate directions. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioners was not being redressed, they finally approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali-respondent no.2 by way of self contained representation dated 8.12.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide his representation, within a reasonable time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without GREESH SAHNI 2015.12.19 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl.Misc. No.M-43041 of 2015 expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohalirespondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, including the threat perception raised vide their representation dated 8.12.2015 (Annexure P-1),and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali-respondent no.2 is further directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent no.4 or anybody else on his behalf. With the above said observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
