RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to investigate FIR No.0036 dated 14.03.2021 under Sections 323 and 354-B IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar or to hand over the investigation to some other independent agency. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that cancellation report in this case is prepared which is likely to be filed before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to agitate all the grounds taken in this petition before the competent Court of jurisdiction.
