(ORAL) Custody-certificate of the petitioner, as submitted by learned State counsel in the Court, is taken on the record. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while praying that learned trial Court be directed to conclude the trial and decide the case pending before it within some specific time frame.
Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the direction to learned trial Court to expedite the trial proceedings and to decide the case pending before it, preferably within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
