(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Narinderpal Singh submits that the process of filing cancellation qua petitioners is under way and they are no more accused before the police of the concerned Police Station. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition. However, reserving the right of the petitioner to knock the jurisdiction of this court in case any eventuality so arises. Allowed to do so.
