Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application for stay filed by her along with her appeal filed against the dismissal of her application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, through which she had sought setting aside of the ex-parte decree dated 01.09.2016 passed against her. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Appellate Court, where the petitioner has filed her application, is requested to dispose of the petitioner's stay application expeditiously in accordance with law.
