Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the representation Annexure P-1 made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from legal action taken in any civil, criminal or other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
