RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.
Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.46, dated 11.07.2016, under Sections 377, 323, 365, 307, 506, 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Women,Rohtak. Vide separate orders of different dates, the connected revision petitions are finally disposed of by this Court. As the revision petitions are finally disposed of, the interim order is no more in operation and thus, the trial Court is at liberty to go ahead with the trial. In view of the facts and circumstances, no further interference is required.
Disposed of as such.
