(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.957 dated 27.10.2017 under Sections 323, 452, 504 and 34 IPC (Section 506 IPC added later on) at Police Station Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 15, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 15, 2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of.
