Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for dismissing the RTI Application dated 24.03.2022 (Annexure P-1), and the second appeal dated 16.08.2022 (Annexure P-12) alongwith all the proceedings initiated therefrom.

Learned State counsel has submitted that in the present case, second appeal dated 16.08.2022 is still pending before respondent No.1 and has not been finally decided as yet and thus, the present writ petition is premature. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the said objection, it is prayed that respondent No.1 be directed to decide the second appeal (Annexure P-12) in a time bound manner.
