Learned State counsel states that as per the custody certificate received by him, the petitioner on completion of his sentence has been released from the jail on 5.12.2019. On the last date of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner has also made similar statement. It being so, the present revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
