Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for dismissing the RTI Application dated 12.03.2022 (Annexure P-1), and the Second Appeal dated 13.08.2022 (Annexure P-11) alongwith all the proceedings initiated therefrom.

Learned State counsel has submitted that in the present case, second appeal dated 13.08.2022 (Annexure P-11) is still pending before respondent No.1 and has not been finally decided as yet and thus, the present writ petition is pre-mature.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the said objection, it is prayed that respondent No.1 be directed to decide the second appeal (Annexure P-11) in a time bound manner.
