(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular of bail to the petitioner in FIR No.137 dated 13.07.2016, under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, therefore, he is entitled to the concession of regular bail.
At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that all the 19 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is now fixed for defence evidence. Moreover, as per the medical information the crime was committed upon the Naresh Kumar 2017.07.10 15:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh victim, who is seven years old.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of regular bail and accordingly the present petition for regular bail filed by him is hereby dismissed. Needless to mention that nothing observed, here-in-above, would reflect, in any manner, on merits of the main case, as the same has been so recorded for a limited purpose of deciding the present petition for regular bail.
