Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to hold proper inquiry in case FIR No. 68 dated dated 31.01.2015, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC by some independent agency or an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 28.02.2019 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Aashish Sanghi, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
