MADAAN Present:- Ms. Deepshika Thukra, Advocate for the petitioner. *** It is contended that petitioner Kulwinder Singh had suffered injuries at the hands of private respondent no. 5 to 8 in an incident which took place on 28.6.2017 at 7.30 p.m. while he was present in his residential house at village Jodhpur District Tarn Taran. He was medico legally examined. Information was given to the police but the police has not registered any F.I.R. so far.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to look into the grievance of the petitioner s contained in representation (Annexure P3) and then to take necessary action so warranted by facts and circumstances of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
