RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.186, dated 29.08.2021, under Sections 9/10/11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and Sections 376(3)/370-A/506/120-B IPC and later on added Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur, on the basis of compromise/Writing dated 16.09.2021, Annexure P-2 and affidavits dated 07.04.2022 and subsequent proceedings arising out of the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available to them in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
