2023:PHHC:107128 FAO-3243-2019 (O&M) Date of Decision: 18.08.2023 **** For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is taken up for hearing today itself. ₹22 lakhs over and above the compensation assessed by the Claims Tribunal has been paid to the claimants. Learned counsel further submits that the settlement amount of ₹22 lakhs shall be deposited with the Lok Adalat of this Court for onward disbursal to the claimants or shall be deposited in the accounts of the claimants within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel submits that under the circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
