(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 223 dated 24.07.2015 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurbax Singh, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them.
