The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to official respondents to take legal action on his complaint dated 22.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) filed against Respondent No. 4 and 5 for releasing their waste water in the middle of street.

The petitioner claims that his father and mother are senior citizens. His mother is suffering from serious health ailments. Respondent No.4 is letting her waste water out in the middle of the street in front of his parental house and inviting many vector-borne diseases. He along with fellow residents has approached Village Sarpanch a number of times but to no avail.
