**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 210 dated 24.10.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 324, 506 IPC, Police Station Division No. 8, Jalandhar.

The mediation has settled the differences between the parties. The complainant has to move the application for release of the amount. It appears that the same was not done therefore, the Registry has not returned the amount.
