ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.793 dated 13.10.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 506 (Sections 379-B, 365, 298, 427 IPC and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act added later) at Police Station Mujesar, District Faridabad. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 24.11.2017, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sunder Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
