ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.553 dated 01.08.2017 registered under Sections 5/13(2) and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sarankashan and Gau Samvardhan Act at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 15.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Daya Chand, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
