# 3 37: The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners No.1 to 3 have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.04.2024. The petitioners No.2 and 5 have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.08.2016 and came to be declared proclaimed offenders later on 06.01.2024. Similarly, petitioners No.6 and 7 have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.08.2024.
In view of the fact that all the petitioners have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail and have appeared before the concerned Court, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
